Authentication Error after upgrade of FileZilla Pro Enterprise

#1 Post by bryeyean » 2023-11-28 00:20

Hello,

We are getting an authentication error connecting to an SFTP account after upgrading Filezilla Pro Enterprise from 1.5.3 to 1.7.3.

Nothing was changed except the upgrade.

Thanks in advance.

Which client are you using? What authentication method are you using? What does it say in the message log?

Thanks for the response, Botg. Filezilla client and Vmware NSXT. Nothing were changed on the credentials and configurations just upgraded Filezilla Enterpise Pro then error started to happen. It does not affect FTP accounts.
