FTP server down. Admin cannot access server Interface,

I`m using windows 2003, FileZilla server 0.9.3 beta.
I have been using the FileZilla server for 6 months, I never had problem like this until this morning.
Server does not keep it`s connection more than 10 min.
I restarted the Server(Computer) still does the same thing.


Here`s what happens when I start computer or FileZilla service.

I can connect to server interface right after I start the service.
FTP server operates normal for 2-10min. Operation time varies.
Then I see red text "Connection to server closed." in server interface.
FTP server doesn`t work after all.

I close and reopened the server interface, I only see following:

FileZilla Server version 0.9.3 beta
Copyright 2001 by Tim Kosse (Tim.Kosse@gmx.de)
Connecting to server...
Connected, waiting for authentication

I don`t see "logged on" and it stays like that forever, nothing happens.
FTP server doesn`t work. people who tried to connect get errors.
FTP service didn`t crash. It`s status is "started" in Service.

Weird problem...

Does anybody have any clue?
