Cannot reproduce here. Does it also happen with the nightly builds?

Re: Filezilla 1.8.0 Ubuntu 22.04 Native Path Error
I downloaded server from https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=server
install server on fresh OS 22.04.3 with last update and have this bug problem.
If I edit the configuration file through the nano editor, the settings work.
nano /opt/filezilla-server/etc/users.xml
But in the administration application the error remains.
It looks like this is not a problem with the FTP server, it works correctly
How to diagnose the operation of an administrative application?
administrative application from the package for windows. Tried to run in both OS windows 10 and windows 11 OS
I need to manage the server remotely

Admin UI looks like it runs on Windows. Are you remotely administering the server from a Windows machine, or is it some clever theme that makes Ubuntu look like Windows?

I manage the FTP server remotely from windows 11 OS
Re: Filezilla 1.8.0 Ubuntu 22.04 Native Path Error
It's a regression, a missing argument in a function call caused the misinterpretation of the path format when configuring the server from a machine with a different native path format. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You will find the fix in the next nightly build already, if you wanna give that one a try, and of course it will be in the next official release as well.
