Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble setting up FTP for my Cognex camera system. The FTP server was previously configured by someone else, and I am trying to get it to work.
I don't see the settings in Cognex to clear the FTP queue, and the queue appears empty in Filezilla. Is the configuration incorrect?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Check the logs of the client having problems, it should tell you why it cannot transfer files. If your client doesn't provide useful logs, contact your client vendor for further assistance.

Is it possible to set up a dummy file transfer? To make sure that this issue isn't caused by my firewall, and not the Cognex software?

Re: FTP Send queue is full
Maybe this would help but attached is an image of the last time this worked successfully. In this image, the Filezilla server shows the host as 192.168.1.65, instead of 192.168.1.60 like my original post. When I change the Cognex FTP settings to 192.168.1.65 as the host, the files get uploaded directly to the camera, at which point I am able to transfer them via Filezilla. However, they don't appear when I set the host in Cognex to the remote server (192.168.1.60)

The host displayed is merely the IP address of the client.
