Your client seems very broken. It sends CWD and MKD commands without arguments. These commands have mandatory arguments.

We have the same issue from 2 Ricoh Multifunctionals with 2 different customers (both Rico multifunctionals and version 1.8.1 of FileZilla Server)
If we downgrade to 1.8.0 we have no problem.

Perhaps this is related to the recent 1.8.1 update?
