We have updated our FileZilla server to version 1.8.0.
As a result, many customers can no longer log in.

Is there a way to import previous cipher lists into FileZilla Server?

This sounds like an error message related to SFTP, which is only supported in FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server.

There have been no cipher changes in 1.8.0 compared to the previous version in neither FileZilla Server nor FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server.
Have you been updating from an older version rather than the previous one before 1.8.0?
