Server Keeps Going Offline

My Filezilla server keeps going offline for some reason. If I restart the service it comes back online but only for a few minutes.

Version: 1.5.2
Error: Attempting reconnection to server localhost:14148 in 2 seconds...
Error: Failed connection to server localhost:14148. Reason: ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server.

Is there a patch to fix this?
Also I have the paid version of FZ Server. Do I need to pay to get upgrade to the next incremental upgrade of 1.8?

You need to update to the most recent version.

Neither. Just download the latest version from the Pro download page and update. Newest versions also include the internal update functionality, now.
