How to upgrade FileZila Server version 0.9.34Beta to new version

HI Team,

We are using the FileZila Server version 0.9.34Beta . We are facing connection issues.
due to end users using FileZila client tool is latest version and server is older version.we are planing to upgrade the new stable version and its critical and production server.
can you please guide us to upgrade the new version with out any data loss and connection issues .
And please suggest, if any access and connection issues after upgrade, how to rollback to older version with out data loss.
