My customer can not connect to Filezilla Server, everyone else no problem

Greetings, I have a customer that is experienced IT network person. We have installed a new server on our end, windows 2022, Filezilla 1.8.1. The customer's ftp user is APTApediatric . That user has full rights in filezilla directory to read/write. See screen here https://screen.caduceus.link/FzfT3TQb.
Customer's IP is Trust in our firewall, and in the Filezilla Server filter>allowed ip ranges.

I can connect instantly with same credentials, via three different external FTP client softwares, from my macOS, outside of our server network.

The customer indicates they are getting connected, but can't do anything after that.

PREVIOUSLY, before this new server installation, the customer was able to connect on our old windows server 2016 wih out a problem.

Any help with be so appreciated.

Are the ports used by the passive mode properly open in the firewall?

Thanks again for this effort. Please keep in mind I am NOT a network or windows server expert. But, my hosting company has told me the PASV ports are open correctly. Here is a screen from my hosting admin panel: https://screen.caduceus.link/jNz6pRF9

Note the Red arrows are different. Not sure if they should be the same. The IP is my external server IP. The ftp address is the one I have been giving to my clients.

Client's external IP is whitelisted in my hosting panel.

Just again, I have had no problems connecting and up/download via the ftp credentials.

The log shows that 50 seconds after the client issues the MLSD command, it issues a new command even though the MLSD one is still ongoing. This hints at some sort of timeout on the client side, which is however not handled correctly since the connection is kept open, which prompted me to ask about the PASV port range.

Given the port range on the server side is correctly open, and all other clients can successfully connect, this leaves us with the hypothesis that the issue is with the client itself. Might be worth checking whether the client has any firewall that is interfering. Also, a log from the client would be welcome.

For added confirmation that the server side is correctly configured, try our test website https://ftptest.net.

The only issue I can think of, is a client-side firewall of sorts.

As said earlier, "Might be worth checking whether the client has any firewall that is interfering." Have you checked that?
