Remove Temp Ban

Is there a way to remove a TEMP IP BAN if someone who you want to have access was trying the wrong username? I haven't been able to find this in the settings and I have my BAN for invalid password attempts set at the max number of hours because I have been getting a couple strange IPs trying to connect to my Server. However a friend who needs a file was trying to connect and had mis typed his username so now his IP is banned and I can't find where to clear that ban for his IP.

I tried a search and it kept coming up blank If you can post a couple links that you have found or know of on these forums I would appreciate it... and as for not having the feature on I prefer that my system not get constantly connected to by people in Asia trying to find out what documents I have on my FTP.
