Import Verisign certificate into Filezilla Server

Hi all,

I'm trying to import a Verisign Certificate issued for a webserver into filezilla but it fail every time. mybe I make some mistake.
I've tried import the .cer file in the private key and the answer is 'Coul not load the key file'.
I've tried import the .cer file in the certificate file and the answer is 'Coul not load the certificate file'.
I've tried import the .cer file in both fields key and the answer is 'Coul not load the key file'.
Anyone can help me undestand how to use a Verisign certificate with filezilla server? There is a way to generate a request from filezilla to ask verisgn for a Certificate?

Is it in PEM format?
