New feature request: logging to a different dir

Hi, first of all excuse me if this is an off topic. Where is the place to ask for new features in FileZilla Server? What I should like to have is the ability to configure logging to a directory of my choice, rather than the default Logs in the program dir. Logging to an ODBC source would be even more welcome... Thanks in advance.
