I was trying for two days to setup an FTP server. I have Filezilla server running on an XP machine on a network.
Am trying to give external access to my server. I setup NAT on my router (enabled both ports 20 & 21) and can get access to the FTP Server correctly
The user I created on my FTP server logs successfully and can retrieve data from my server.
My problem is that i can find no way to upload a file. am having 550 access denied message all the time.
I gave all the rights on both Filezilla Server and NTFS security with no result.
I tried accessing the server from an internal machine and things work fine (both upload and donwload).
I enabled filezilla server's .exe on my windows Firewall. My passive mode settings are defaults.
Here's my client log (Filezilla). The server's one shows nothing special not even the error.
