it says on the wiki page "As you may or may not know, FileZilla can be easily carried around on portable media such as a USB stick and used from any PC. This also applies to the PuTTY tools, so if you stick Pageant and your PPK key file on to, for example, a USB stick, you can now access your server from any Windows PC."
So this means i can run the real filezilla from my flash drive without re-installing it on my computer? and does this break any terms of service rules?

If you configure it to be portable, then yes.So this means i can run the real filezilla from my flash drive without re-installing it on my computer?
FileZilla is licensed under the GPL. No restrictions from our side. But there may be restrictions regarding USB drive usage in companies or public places. So you need to ask them.and does this break any terms of service rules?

Re: filezilla on a flash drive "not portable knock off"
You must do configuration, by default FileZilla does not save the sites and settings onto the USB drive. Instead, it uses the %APPDATA%\FileZilla (Win) or ~/.filezilla (other OS) directory. So currently, sites and settings stay on your computer and do not travel along with you.
To change that, open the fzdefaults.xml.example file you find in the ./docs subdirectory with a text editor. Inside you will find instructions on how to change the config location.
