FileZilla Server doesn't use the physical file system structure from your HDD. If you set that directory as the Home for the FTP account, then you need to instruct the camera to save to / (the root).

The filesystem exposed by FileZilla is UNIX-like. Means that no drive letters exist, and slashes are used to separate directories.

In the most simple case you only have one directory added as resource in the FTP user settings of FZ Server. You'll note the H besides it, that means Home. Whatever directory is marked as Home in FZ Server user accounts becomes the virtual root, depicted by a single slash /.

If your camera asks to what directory it should upload, and you have only one shared directory added, just enter /.
