Possible firewall problem, Could not connect to server.

Iam trying to access a website ftp but i keep getting an error "Could not connect to server", a friend told me it might be related to my firewall, triend adding it to the exceptions but had no luck, help please!!

I tested with the URL you posted (had to remove it, not allowed) and there's no FTP server listening. However, there's an SFTP server active, you you must use the sftp:// protocol ID (QuickConnect) or set SFTP as protocol (Site Manager).
