Ways to improve a website?

Ways to improve a website?

I am the IT Consultant for Pacific Home and Patio in Boise, Idaho. I've started trying to improve our website and was just wondering if anyone had suggestions of how to improve it. It seems like google is more interested in customer experience so I want to make sure people like what they see.

Get rid of user-tracking and other external content.

1. make sure site is mobile friendly
2. have meta info
3. make sure each page inter links with inner pages
4. each page should have an image with alt
5. not alot of external links
6. Unique content

I would say...
1. Check google and bing webmasters tools for errors
2. Start using gooogle+, facebook, pinterest, etc....

Google is all about user experience so correct on site SEO is fundamental. That is what to start with but the most important thing is to have quality backlinks from other websites and also from social media.

You could not be more wrong. What you need to start with, most importantly, is good content.
