Hello.
We're having connection problems and I"m not sure what to change/troubleshoot. I run the config wizard and it says there is a 510 mismatch, wrong external IP address. When I try to connect regularly, it generally shows a 530 login error.
Eventually after many tries I'm able to get in, but then folders won't open sometimes. It's very hit and miss, but happening more and more lately. Thanks for any help.
