0.9.45 Server Speed is Incorrect
My friend is currently downloading a large set (450GB) of large files (avg about 12MB) from me. I'm on 0.9.45 of the server and he's on 3.8.1 of the client (latest versions). My speed uploading shows about half of what his shows downloading. And looking at the bytes in the progress bar of the server, it looks like the client's numbers are accurate while the server's are wrong.
