Windows 8.1 drag and drop upload with Filezilla 3.10.1.1

Cannot drag a file from desktop or Windows Explorer to the remote site panel in 3.10.1.1. This always worked fine up until this morning. drag and drop between local and remote site panels in FZ seems to still work OK.

BTW, thanks for fixing the problem with connecting to a screwed up server via TLS. Because of this TLS problem I cannot help but wonder if GOdaddy cares about its customers in the same way that it cared about puppies in its recent SuperBowl ad that they had to pull before it aired.

Inability to use drag&drop usually happens because the source and target programs run under different user accounts or with different elevation level. Try restarting both Explorer (this likely needs a reboot) as well as FileZilla.
