Getting error Message while uploading

I am new comer in the forum. I am experiencing a problem while I am trying to upload my files to web. I registered in example.com. following error message I am receiving
Response: 331 User admin@groscoksa.com OK. Password required

Command: PASS **********
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server

Please help me to solve the issue

You must contact server support - it's a server error (albeit a temporary one, according to the response code).
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
