FileZilla inherits system font sizes. Just change your system font size.

AFAIK, Windows 10 has removed the ability to change the text size and such,
except with a dumb percentage change that messes everything up and is unusable.

use a software like Winaero Tweaker, it allows changing a lot of things even in X.
