CERTIFICATE GENERATOR

My certificate expired. I am trying to do the Filezilla certificate generator. I get a private key code and a certificate csr code. What would I need to do next as they don't go into a crt or key files?

FileZilla Server does not generate CSRs, it only creates self-signed certificates.
