Critical error: Login incorrect

Hello! I'm actually experiencing the same issue with the "503 error". I have saved websites with their login credentials, and those saved ones are working fine. However, I have tried to add two new ones and I keep receiving the same error message. I have had two of my colleagues login from their laptops right next to me using the same network, and they were able to get into the site fine. Please let me know and advise how we can resolve this issue. Thank you!

Please double-check your login credentials, watch our for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. Last but not least, make sure no third-party software on your computer tampers with FTP traffic.
