Connecting to FZS using webpage

#1 Post by theblarney » 2018-11-27 13:43

Hi,

I have just setup FZS and had an issue where I couldn't list the contents of the folder which I have now resolved.

I am now trying to open a webpage to the FileZilla server by trying ftp://username@domain and also just ftp://domain and both fail.

I notice in the FSZ log the following: 227 Entering Passive Mode (xxx,xx,xxx,xxx,234,112) which I equate to 60016 and then shows disconnection.

This has been allowed through my ASA firewall and are getting hits.

I have installed filezilla client on a PC outside of the network and that works fine.

Any ideas?

Regards

Gavin

This makes no sense, please elaborate using different words.

You can use https://ftptest.net/ to test your FileZilla Server installation.
