Problems while uploading img and downloading css/js files

#1 Post by Mat19 » 2019-01-11 13:27

Hi there,

Im experiencing trouble uploading and downloading files. More frequently while uploading jpgs images . They seem to upload with mistaken color patterns, colors inverted or any other color processing problem. The original file on my computer looks fine.

The other issue occurs while downloading a long queue of files. Some .CSS/.JS files upload with errors. Like this:

And look the very same img uploadead with Filezilla (regarding the first mentioned problem):

Im using the last version of Filezilla 3.39

Edit: I've already tried this with no results https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support ... p-transfer

Thanks

Please clarify, are you using FTP over TLS or plaintext FTP? If you see a lock icon in the status bar when connected to your server you are using FTP over TLS. If the lock icon is missing you are using plaintext FTP.

Always Ftp over TLS.

This unfortunately rules out the network as the problem source.

Which operating system are you using?

What CPU does your computer use?

If you click the lock icon in the status bar, what is written in the Protocol, Cipher, and MAC fields?

Eu estava com esse mesmo problema, mas creio que o erro era com meu servidor mesmo! Nem cheguei a verificar isso!

Im not sure if it's a server related problem. I will try different ones and get back on that.

Hey, I can handle online translators! :)

It was just a hint to him that the only allowed language here is English.
