Initializing TLS...Connection timed out

Hi ,

Once of our customer facing below issue as they are unable to connect to our FTP site.

Issue: Initializing TLS....Connection timed out after 20 seconds of Inactivity

I'm able to login internally / externally without any issues using the same credentials.

Please let me know if there any thing further i need to do from my side.

Filezilla Server 0.9.57 beta
FileZilla Client: 3.39

FTP over TLS and Allow explicit FTP over TLS options are enabled.

Please note customer is in Saudi Arabia and we are in UAE .

You need to update to the most recent version of FileZilla Server, we cannot support outdated versions.
