MAc Pro client does not refresh folders

#1 Post by boudi@clocked.eu » 2019-02-11 10:52

The Local (site) on my Mac works fine in version 3.40.0 in the Pro version the local directory tree does not refresh and is unable to open sub-branches

/Users/user_name/Documents/ does not refresh in the Pro but does in the Free version. consequently I continued using the Free version because it works better.

What could be the cause?

Did you purchase it through the Mac App Store? In that case you may need to grant FileZilla permission to access these directories due to the sandbox all programs obtained through the store are subject to. You can do so over the directory access permissions dialog reachable over the Edit menu.

Sorry for the late reply.
(I still was able was able to do the work with the free version)
You pointed me to the right solution. Did I overlook an instruction somewhere? In other words should I have read the F** Manual :D
Thanks for the advice,

Boudi.
