Filezilla Fails to Retrieve Directory Listing; filezilla not working

Hi all,

I just updated to the latest version of FileZilla, when launching, the directory on my public_html isn't displayed anymore.

This is the message I am getting.

Most likely a firewall is interfering with the connection.

You can test on https://ftptest.net/ whether it's a server-side problem (test fails) or a client-side problem (test succeeds).
