upload/download file problem

#1 Post by yongjwang » 2019-04-10 13:04

HI,
Our company uses Filezilla quite alot for file transfer from a server which we uses for data processing. But since I upgrade my computer, I have trouble uploading/downloading files.

Here is the situation I have. When I first filled in Host name, Username, password and port info, click the quickconnect, the status says conncected to my host server and the directory listing on the server successfully. BUT when I attempted to upload/download the files, it seems it disconnected the server first and then tried to re-connect to the server. Then the message reported the error, saying Authentication failed, Critical Error: Could not connect to server.

Can you tell me what this mean and how to fix it? Thanks,

Jeff

Could your server be misconfigured to not allow multiple connections? If unsure, contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance.

Thanks for your prompt response.

Not sure but my co-worker has no problem with it though.
