Did you grant permission to FileZilla to write to the target directory, or one of its parent, in the directory access permissions dialog reachable over the Edit menu?

This You say... in EDIT > SETTINGS > .... WHAT MENU ITEM IN SETTINGS ... OR ... ?
This is Only in FileZilla Pro or and Free version?

Re: either created in Finder or Filezilla itself but again fails what to do??? Fails even change permissions of folder o
It should be directly in the Edit menu. Actually, the directory permissions are not specific to FileZilla, but concern all applications bought through the Apple Store. For security reasons, Store-bought applications run in Apple's sandbox by default, and you need to grant directory access first.
