Hello

I've tried several times to connect to the server using FileZilla, but to no success. Could anyone assist. Please see screenshot attachment.

You're connecting using FTP to a non-standard port. Whatever service listens on that port isn't FTP (cf. RFC 959). Despite the service claiming to be SFTP, it isn't SFTP either (RFC 4253 is very strict on that).

Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance and have the server fixed.

Wow thanks, this is exactly the info I was looking for! Contacted the admins recently hope it gets fixed. Why do you think services claim to be SFTP though? By the way did you knew about this interesting website where you can sell game items? It provides excellent customer support and any issues get resolved far faster than when it comes to say, ftp servers.

Maybe they use FTP over SSH and wrongly offer it as being SFTP?
