#1 Post by RobertThibault » 2019-06-13 13:55

Hi everybody,

I have some issue when I try to be connected to my website with FileZilla. I get the following message when I enter :
Status : Waiting before further try ...
Status : Address resolution of ftp.desdefisquinousfontgrandir.com
Status : Connection to XXX.XXX.XXX.XX:XX ...
Error : Connection paused after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error : Can not connect to server

Have you some advice on solving this issue ? I have no idea where is from the issue..
I am looking forward to here you.
Many thanks.

There simply does not appear to be a working FTP server at that address.

I can't seem to access FileZilla at all. I log in with host, username and password and cannot access at all. No files appear on the right hand side of the screen. I use this program for important EDMs in my organization and cannot distribute them. So frustrating... How can I fix this?

If you can start the program you are already accessing FileZilla, which in turn is merely the tool you use to access whatever server you want to connect to.
