Download from server straight to Google Drive

Hello, I'd like to download my website's photos from the server, via FileZilla, straight to Google Drive, or if that's not possible, to my local machine.

I'm being dumb, but the left hand window on FZ is not showing my local machine which it always does in the self help videos. How do I change the download location on FZ please?

Clouds are just a collection of servers. You can't directly exchange files between two servers with FileZilla.

The local side of FileZilla always shows the contents of your storage devices FileZilla can see with your local user account's permissions. In case you obtained FileZilla through Apple's Mac App Store, you need to grant permission for the contents to actually show up through the directory permissions dialog reachable through the edit menu.

Thank you for your reply. I'm being dumber than that.

1) FZ is currently authorised to access our server, and I have successfully uploaded the website imagery in the usual place

2) I now want to clone those files locally so someone can work on them without accessing the server.

3) I don't understand how to get the "left hand side" of FZ to allow me to download those files to my local machine.

Here is a screenshot, and I can't change the file path in the left hand side to my local machine.

If you open the "View" menu in FileZilla, is the "Local directory tree" entry checked? If not, do that.
