I am receiving this error message when attempting to connect to a site - this is my first time receiving this message. Would I need to upgrade my FileZilla or contact the vendor which this site is associated with?

If I attempt to connect to this server from my end, the server correctly sends a key exchange group packet.

I upgraded my FileZilla Client to 3.14.1 and it is now working.

We do not support old versions of FileZilla. Try with the latest version, 3.43.0 at time of writing.
