Connection Error

I haven't connect to server, it gives that error could you help me? :?:

Status: Resolving address of ftp.xxx
Status: Connecting to x.x.x.x:x...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of ftp.xxx
Status: Connecting to x.x.x.x:x...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Serv-U FTP Server v4.0 for WinSock ready...
Command: AUTH TLS
Response: 500 'AUTH': command not understood.
Command: AUTH SSL
Response: 500 'AUTH': command not understood.
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
