Define "everything", what did you do exactly?

I'm asking because your "everything" might differ from our "everything required". Explained in the Network Configuration Guide.

here is what i did:

first of .. i configured the passive data ports and the listening port to a port where my internet and the vps have the port open.
after this i could connect ..but it failed to list the folders. here is my passive mode settings..
and my listening port.

i did setup users .. and i setted them up and game them a folder and maked sure to give every single permission that i could .. but i could .. i still couldn't do it work

Your problem is the data ports. The range 50000-50100 seems to be blocked. Without the data ports being opened and forwarded to the server, data connections will fail (also explained in the guide). Never forget possible software firewalls on the server machine itself.

Unfortunately, the question how to open and forward ports in your special case must be directed to your hosting provider (in case you can't do it by yourself).

Nope They Are Not Blocked. Every Single Port Is Open On The Server. And The First Connection I Connected Through A Port That I Have Open.
So No Ports Are Blocked In This Environment
