I am a new user and I would like to know is there a way that the source and destination can be setup to look at two ftp servers?
The source will be a ftp and the destination also a ftp server

No, that isn't possible. Server-to-Server transfers are not implemented and likely won't ever be, as they are completely incompatible with secure connections (FTP over TLS).
