Issue Connecting Filezilla to bulk upload Documents from Ghana Network

Users are unable to connect and carryout bulk document upload from their Ghana network using FileZalla

Can anybody help what could be the problem

You need to update to the most recent version of FileZilla, old versions are not supported.

You did see the "New version available" at the top right of your screenshot, did you? Click on it and update.
