How to config the server auto online?

I run filezilla server on windows7 as service.I find it auto run but not auto online.When I want to use the server,I must click the button which one like lightning manually,then the server is online.Could you please tell me how to config the server auto online.Thank you for answering.

Enable logging to file and reboot. Check the log file for errors why the server didn't come online.
