So I need to use FileZilla to upload jar programs larger than 2 MB for plugins on my developing Minecraft Server. I followed several tutorials in order to set this up right but the following occurs and I have no clue on what to do. Please help
What shows:

Your server simply does not support the requested protocol.

You need to use insecure unencrypted FTP with your server, blasting your password in plain through the internet.
