There is FTP over TLS setting at FaileZilla - Edit -Setting.
If I check "Enable FTP over TLS support(FTPS), It ask the following.
Private Key file: Browse...
Certificate File: Browse...
Key password:
Should I make my own files for private Key and Certificate before browsing Private Key file and Certificate File?

You can either generate a key and certificate from within FIleZilla Server, or use any other key+cert generated with some third-party tool as long as it is in PEM.

Do you mean that I should click "generate new certificate..." at FaileZilla - Edit -Setting - FTP over TLS settings - Enable FTP over TLS support ?

Unless you have a bought certificate, use FileZilla Server to generate one. Unlike what browsers or CA like to tell you, a self-signed certificate is as good as any other one. The whole CA concept if flawed, trust based on money is simply insane.

The whole CA concept
What does "CA" mean?
What is the full word for "CA"?

As it doesn't complain anymore, the basics should be in place. However, for complete setup, the
Network Configuration Guide is still of the essence.
