We currently have a windows server with an existing WS_FTP PRO application. We use this to UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD files connecting to outside clients.
On another server, we have FILEZILLA server (FZS) running and a client is pushing the files to us. It is running on WINDOWS SERVER 2008 so we plan to decommision it and migrate the FZS application.
Do you think there would be any issue if we install FZS into the same box where we have WS_FTP running?

As long as the two servers listen on different ports there shouldn't be any problem.
