I use tha filezilla client for to download camerafiles from my ftpserver.
I use the filezilla client latest version. 3.46.3 on a Windows 7 (build 7601, Service Pack 1), 64-bit edition
Question:
Is there any “formatoption” to change the downloaded files ? ( input special characters when I get the files )
For example: DCS-5000L2020012808580901.jpg
Is it possible for example to change it to DCS-5000L-2020-01-28-0858-0901.jpg ?

No, that is not possible using FileZilla.
