Hello to all,
for some weeks I have not been able to upload to shutterstock and adobe stock, but on dreamstime it works, I am going crazy to solve it but I don't understand what the problem is. I tried to change settings, computers, providers, but nothing.

Why are you using Active (PORT) mode? Your computer and network is clearly not configured correctly for that.

Please try using Passive (PASV) mode, it is much more firewall and NAT friendly.

maybe I found the problem. I have always uploaded .mov videos, but for a few weeks I have not been able to. Before I tried to upload .mp4 and everything works perfectly, but why am I wondering ??????? Could it be a bug? how can I solve it, sometimes the files exceed 2 gb.
