Hello, I am having some kind of trouble downloading completed files back to my computer, I get this error message: [destination]/[File Name]: open for read: received failure with description 'Denied!'
Error: File transfer failed

Any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix this?

You appear not to have permission to download these files. Contact your server administrator to request permission.

server administrator?
as in "their server" or "my server"? I am just online in my house, I AM the server admin, haha.

I'm sorry, what do you mean by "contact your server administrator", I don't know what that means or how it translates to my "operation" I have going on here... I know that it is an issue with FileZilla, because I have an assistant who is in a different country who usually does this for me, and its showing the same thing on her computer...

It's not an issue with FileZilla, but with the SFTP server you are connecting to. Are you in control of that server?
