I can't remember my admin/root password and it's not cached. Please tell me how to access my password.

You need to contact your server administrator or server hosting provider to reset your login credentials.

I am the server admin and made a ticket on the ovh (server host) page, and the response was "google reset FTP password Ubuntu 18.04 command line" which just says to get the password out of the cache. I don't have the password cached. -_-

Repeat the same steps you did when first assigning the original password.
