Depuis quelques temps, ma connexion à notre serveur DSM Synology 6.2 m'est refusée brutalement sur mes deux ordinateurs

Je précise que :
- mon identifiant est juste
- mon mot de passe est juste
- je suis administrateur du NAS
- notre nom de domaine : stalag6a6d.fr est hébergé chez Gandi
- ce dysfonctionnement est constaté sur mes deux ordinateurs portables (Windows 10)
- mon navigateur est Mozilla Firefox
- j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé FileZila trois fois sur chaque ordinateur : rien n'y fait.
- d'autres administrateurs se connectent sans difficulté et avec un paramétrage de FileZila identique au mien (sauf pour les identifiants et les mots de passe),
- j'accède sans problème au DSM sans FileZila.

Pouvez-vous me donnez une explication SVP ?

- this malfunction is observed on my two laptops (Windows 10)

- I uninstalled and reinstalled FileZila three times on each computer: nothing helps.
- other administrators connect without difficulty and with a FileZila configuration identical to mine (except for usernames and passwords),
- I can easily access DSM without FileZila.

Where are the client machines located, in relation to the NAS FTP server? If they are in the same network, you need to use the private IP address of the NAS. Neither the public IP, nor the domain name (resolving to that public IP) will work reliably (that's a limitation of the NAT technology).

The NAS is at the same (geographic) address as my computers and therefore on the same network (fiber)
We use the NAS IP address (stalag6a6d.synology.me or 80.15.103.153) to connect.

Allow me to repeat myself that this malfunction is "brutal" and observed on my two computers whereas until now the connection was established without problem.
The configuration of the site manager in FileZila is identical to that of my colleagues who connect without difficulty.
