Currently I am able to set one side as Remote Site (FTP) and other is Local Site (my windows)
However, I want both sides to be my remote sites FTP1 and FTP2 instead of Local Site. How can I do that?

This isn't possible with FileZilla. Server-to-server transfers are not supported.
