can not connect to server?

can not connect to server?

Hello

I have used to connect to server via FTP, but today it connected for sometime, then I could not connect to any server any more. it happened to all servers.

what should I do, please?

when I try to connect, it says ftp could not connect to server.


when I try the wizard, it gives me this screenshot

Looks like a firewall is interfering with the connection. The firewall could be on either end of the connection. If there is none on your side, contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

Thanks so much for the reply. I checked the firewall on my computer and the reason is not from my side.

also I tested the connection on online ftp services. some worked and some not worked. also some worked then no more.

Also there is new message log while connection:

2020-12-30 21:19:29 4012 1 Status: Disconnected from server.

could you please, let me know after these information, I should contact the hosting or there is different reason?

Yes, you need to contact your hosting provider at this point.
